Further, unless both you and Convex agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Convex operates from Bulgaria (European Union). We make no representations that the Website or its content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the European Union or the United States. Those who access or use the Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are entirely responsible for compliance with local law, including but not limited to export and import regulations.

13. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
